Your course access is emailed to you from kyria@kyriamailman.com within 24 hours of your purchase. Your invitation to our private Circle community comes in a separate email. If you can't see either one, please check your spam or junk folder, then email kyria@kyriamailman.com with your order number and we'll help you. If you received a Christmas Gift, your course access is sent once the gift is activated.

The whole course is open to you from the day you join, whether you have a monthly membership or a Christmas Gift. You choose your rhythm: take one pillar a week for a gentle, guided path, or move through all eight pillars at your own pace.

Use the login link in your course access email. If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot password" on the login page and a reset link will be sent to your email. To manage or cancel your subscription, log in to your customer account. If you're still stuck, email kyria@kyriamailman.com and we'll sort it out with you.

Your Circle invitation is sent straight after your purchase, to the email address you used at checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder and search your inbox for "Circle". If it isn't there, email kyria@kyriamailman.com with your order number and we'll send it again. The Circle welcome begins on 22 December 2026, and our first live gathering is on 11 January 2027 (New Zealand time).

Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days. After the courier collects your order, delivery takes about 7 days in New Zealand, 10 days to Australia and 21 days to other countries, and you'll get a tracking email. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We can't ship to P.O. Boxes or to more than one address per order.

We can't guarantee delivery before Christmas, so please order as early as you can. If you're in the United States, please order by 13 December 2026. You'll find the latest dispatch dates on each product page.

Yes, and it makes a beautiful gift. The REMEMBER Christmas Gift comes as 6 months (NZ$349, about US$199) or 12 months (NZ$649, about US$371), plus shipping. It includes the REMEMBER Journal, the 55-card REMEMBER Wisdom Guidance Deck, the full course, Circle community membership for the chosen time, and one live gathering with Kyria each month. When the person receiving the gift is ready to begin, they email kyria@kyriamailman.com with their name, their email address and the name of the person who gave them the gift (or the order number). Their 6 or 12 months start from the day it's activated, not the day it was bought, and their course access arrives by email within 24 hours. When the gift ends, they can choose to carry on with monthly membership, but that's optional and never automatic.

You can cancel any time from your customer account, even after your first month. Cancelling stops future payments, and you keep your course and community access until the end of the period you've already paid for. A Christmas Gift doesn't need cancelling, because it ends on its own.

We don't offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, and this includes course access and Circle membership once access has been given. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email kyria@kyriamailman.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we'll make it right. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act are not affected.

Monthly membership is NZ$79 a month (about US$45). It includes the full course and our private Circle community while your membership is active, and you can cancel any time. See the monthly membership
